A concrete 12-month plan that sequences AI initiatives by business impact and implementation complexity. This is not a PowerPoint exercise — it's a working document your team uses to make decisions and track progress.
Typically includes:
- Phased implementation timeline with dependencies mapped
- ROI estimates per initiative based on your actual data volumes and process costs
- Technology recommendations that are vendor-neutral and reversible
- Team capability assessment and any hiring or training recommendations
Scope note: a strategy engagement requires access to operational data and at least two working sessions with senior decision-makers. It cannot be completed remotely without those inputs.
AI Implementation
We design, build, and deploy AI systems into your existing infrastructure. Your team is involved throughout — by the time we hand over, they understand how the system works and can maintain it without us.
Typically includes:

Scope note: implementation timelines range from 6 to 20 weeks depending on complexity and data readiness. We do not start building until the data and access requirements are confirmed.
