When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect: your name, work email address, company name, company size (optional), and the message you submit. We use this data to respond to your inquiry.
2.2 Analytics data
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage data about how visitors interact with this website (pages viewed, session duration, referral source). We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics. Analytics cookies are only set after explicit consent via the cookie banner.
2.3 Technical data
Like all websites, our server logs record IP addresses, browser type, and pages accessed. This data is retained for 30 days for security purposes and is not used for any other purpose.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Contact form data: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
- Analytics: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, given via the cookie banner.
- Server logs: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in maintaining website security.
4. Data retention
Contact inquiry data is retained for 3 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is earlier. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Analytics data is retained for 13 months from collection.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who process data on our behalf (email infrastructure, analytics), under data processing agreements that require them to protect your data in accordance with GDPR.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent (for consent-based processing); lodge a complaint with the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (UOOU), the Czech data protection authority, at www.uoou.cz.
